Process Development
New England Electropolishing assigns its Product Development Team the task of working with manufacturers to develop the best electropolishing process for your parts. This Product Development Team consults with our customers’ designers, engineers, and quality assurance managers when establishing the parameters for new parts. They run sample lots then test and analyze the results to ensure that specific tolerance, deburring, brightness, surface finish reading and corrosion resistance requirements are met. If any of these areas fails to meet standards, additional sample lots are run until the customers' requirements are fully satisfied.
